As you continue on through the slate-flagged hallway, you come to the sitting room with its comfortable three-piece suite, satellite television and video plus an inglenook fireplace with woodburner.

The accommodation on the first floor comprises two bedrooms, the first being a twin and the second a large part-panelled room with double four-poster bed. Both bedrooms have wash basins. The bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin is on the mid-level between bedrooms. The cottage has oil fired central heating plus the woodburner.

Sunflower is a spacious, character cottage which is south facing with countryside and garden views. Attached to the main farmhouse with access from the courtyard this cottage has its own back door to an enclosed south facing garden with dining furniture and aspects over the surrounding countryside.
