Over the last couple of years we have welcomed lots of big family groups to Northcote Manor Farm. This is the ideal spot for a large group to come together and relax. Having 5 cottages means that each individual family has their own space but that the whole group can socialise together in the courtyard with the BBQ or in the games room. Booking all 5 cottages means exclusive use of all the facilities – pool, games room, playground and games field. The courtyard is traffic-free so safe for children to run around and adults to relax. Loads to do for all ages either on site or locally so everyone will have a great time!

We still have plenty of availability for May and June this year including cottages for the school May Half Term holiday. This is one of the best and most beautiful times to visit glorious North Devon. Long evenings mean plenty of time for getting out onto the stunning beaches and walking over the fields and through the bluebell woods. Flowers coming into bloom everywhere you look!
Spring is fast approaching and spring cleaning is well under way here at Northcote. New flat screen TVs have been installed in all the cottages in preparation for the start of the season on 1st April.
The Easter holidays are filling up but the week of 15th April is still available. The local Devon schools all go back on Tuesday 18th April so, if your children are still on holiday then, that could be a good week here as everywhere should be that bit quieter and, hopefully, the sun will be shining!
We still have some last minute availability for this summer so don’t panic if you are still looking for a holiday! This week is very quiet and we are able to offer short breaks of 3 or 4 nights from £395.
Bluebell Cottage which sleeps 4 is available this week and next and I could offer a 10 night break for £895 starting from today.
The sun is shining and North Devon looks amazing……..
