Directions to Northcote Manor Farm

From the A361 take the A399 towards Combe Martin. After 12 miles turn left onto the A39 at The Old Station Inn. After 2 miles turn right at Kentisbury Ford and then immediately left towards Patchole / Bugford. Pass through Patchole and Northcote Manor Farm is found on the left after 0.8 miles.
