Northcote Manor Farm dates from the 16th Century and has 34 acres of rolling and wooded hills for guests to walk around, run around or simply sit in and enjoy the peace and quiet.

There are 5 cottages around a courtyard, a covered children’s swimming pool, play areas and a Games Room, for when the weather is inclement. Dogs are welcome.  All the cottages have wi-fi.

Located at the edge of the hamlet of Kentisbury but only 4 miles from the sea at Coombe Martin, Exmoor National park is only 2 miles from the Farm. The legendary beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are a short 20 minute drive, while Barnstaple and Ilfracombe are close at hand for all your supplies. 

The local gastro pub, the Pyne Arms is a 25 minute walk along footpaths which start at Northcote and great pub fare can also be found at the unique Pack O'Cards in Combe Martin. 

There are lots of children’s activities within easy reach by car from Northcote including a Dinosaur Park and the Lynton and Barnstaple Steam Railway at Parracombe is a must-visit.  The famous Lynton and Lynmouth funicular Cliff Railway opened in 1890 and is the highest and the steepest totally water powered railway in the world!

Visits to Northcote do not need to be confined to the Summer months as Spring and Autumn is great for walking, cycling (road and off-road) and star-gazing under the dark and light pollution free skies. The area is designated as one of the first 'Dark Sky Reserves' in Europe.
